«A CUP OF HEALTH» FROM THE GALLERY BAR, RIGA!

It is not a secret that spring is approaching and your immune system is weakened and your body is screaming for vitamins. Here is how you can stay healthy and strengthen your immune system.

"A cup of health" daily will nourish your immune system, heart and brains (proportion for 1 pers.):

- 200ml of mandarin juice;
- ¼ ginger root;
- 3-4 cloves;
- mint leaves;
- a tea spoon of honey.

Preparation:
Compress ginger root, add mandarin juice and cloves, then boil it until it is ready. When the drink is heated up, add fresh mint and honey and thoroughly mix it. Now it is ready!
